What DeezCrow does

DeezCrow enables two parties to execute an OTC swap using a simple escrow flow: define terms, fund the deal, and settle atomically.

It reduces “trust me bro” risk in peer-to-peer swaps while keeping the UX direct and fast.

What it does not do

  • • No orderbook. No matching engine. You bring your counterparty.
  • • No custody “service”. Funds live in the deal contract until settle/refund.
  • • No off-chain enforcement. Rules are deterministic and on-chain.

FAQ

Is this a marketplace?
No. DeezCrow is a deal contract + UI. You bring the counterparty and set terms.
When does settlement happen?
Once both sides (and fee) are fully deposited, the deal locks and can be settled in a single transaction.
What if someone disappears?
If the deadline passes and the deal is not settled, participants can refund their deposited assets (fee is not refunded).
Can I use ERC20 tokens?
Yes. The app reads token decimals and handles units; on-chain amounts remain authoritative.
